Terms and conditions of use<\/h2>\n\n

Art. 01 – OBJECT.<\/b><\/p>\n\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase and sale of the titles necessary for participation in cultural events or guided tours (hereinafter EXPERIENCES) organized by NET – Esperienze a Nord Est Srls and published on the website <\/span>www.esperienzeanordest.it<\/span><\/a> – henceforth SITE.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Art. 02 – SITE OWNER.<\/b><\/p>\n\n

The owner of the WEBSITE that can be reached at www.esperienzeanordest.it is NET – Esperienze a Nord Est Srls based in Piazzale della Stazione 10, Monfalcone (GO), henceforth NET-Esperienze a Nord Est.<\/p>\n\n

Article 03 – PROVISION OF SERVICES.<\/b><\/p>\n\n

All guides of NET – Experiences in the Northeast hold regular licenses to the profession of tour guide or Nature Guide or even Environmental Hiking Guide. Participation in EXPERIENCES is subject to reservation or purchase of the necessary titles published on the SITE. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

During the booking stage, i.e. purchase, the user is obliged to provide his or her necessary requested master data.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

NET – Experiences in the Northeast organizes group and\/or gathering events. The minimum and maximum number of users are indicated in the relevant proposal sheet. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

Art. 04 – CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Each event is associated with a payment condition set a priori by NET – Experiences in the Northeast.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

The condition of payment can be one of the following: by electronic transaction via credit card, debit card or by bank transfer payment, or even at the time of booking. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

Art. 05. DOCUMENTS AND TAX REGIME. <\/b><\/p>\n\n

The taxation of the services provided by NET – Experiences in the Northeast is VAT exempt as regulated by Art. 10, com. 22, Presidential Decree 633 of October 26, 1972, as amended.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

At the time of payment NET – Experiences in the Northeast provides the customer with the tax documents referred to in current regulations. In case of payment by electronic transaction, the user receives his\/her tax receipt by e-mail simultaneously with the payment. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

In case of payment by bank transfer, the user receives his\/her tax receipt via e-mail within 96 hours after the service has been provided. The Customer who requires an invoice is required to provide at the time of booking or purchase all tax data required by law for the issuance of the invoice. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

Art. 06 – EVENT DEVELOPMENT.<\/b><\/p>\n\n

All details, date, time, meeting place are given in the confirmations of bookings made and in the itinerary sheets on the website www.esperienzeanordest.it Any other type of communication, regarding our events, other than the one on the website or on our official social channels, should not be considered valid.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

If the service user is late to the meeting\/pick-up point, he\/she may write to the activity provider at <\/span>net.esperienze@gmail.com<\/span><\/a> indicating their first name, last name and phone number or by calling at the phone number that may be indicated on the reservation voucher. Waiting time or a response cannot be guaranteed in any way given the characterization of the service provided, which is subject to schedules that must be adhered to for the enjoyment of the experience in respect of all participants. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

Article 07 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL and REFUND.<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Regarding the right of withdrawal, the reference legislation is Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005known as the Consumer Code and that found in the Tourism Code. <\/p>\n\n

The services provided by NET – Experiences in the Northeast fall within the set of activities services concerningleisure activities whose contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Theseservices are associated with services that are not subject to the obligation of the right of withdrawal referred to in Article 59 of the Codeof consumption. <\/p>\n\n

In case of cancellation by the customer of an advance purchase and paid through transactionelectronically are provided vouchers in the value of the fee paid, upon reimbursement to the organizer of theexpenses incurred, adequate and justifiable, the amount of which the latter provides justification to thetraveler who requests it (Tourism Code art 49.1), if and only if the cancellation is madeat least 48 hours before the start of the excursion; otherwise no reimbursement will be made.<\/b><\/p>\n\n

If the experience did not satisfy the customer, the customer may request a refund, including communicatingvia email net.esperienze@gmail.com their reasons, which must be timely and accurate. Refund requestsare evaluated on a case-by-case basis. <\/p>\n\n

Art. 08 – CANCELLATION<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Any cancellation of events, for whatever reasons, is decided unilaterally by NET – Experiences in the Northeast.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

News of event cancellation is promptly communicated to participants via e-mail and whatsapp messaging\/texting.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

In the case of prepayment, NET – Experiences in the Northeast is committed to a full refund of the amount paid.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

NET – Experiences in the Northeast is not responsible for reimbursement of any organizational expenses incurred by the client, for participation in the event (travel expenses, transportation, hotel facility reservations, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n\n

Art. 09 – PARTICIPATION IN PET TOURS.<\/b><\/p>\n\n

Pets are not allowed during our events, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the description of the excursion. The reasons for this may be the following, such as, for example, the impossibility of being able to introduce, according to specific regulations, animals into enclosed and\/or private environments and spaces avert possible allergic problems on the part of other users present at the event avoid the possibility of animals creating impediments to fully listening to the voice of the guide during the event or in order to preserve the naturalistic places subject to the visit. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

For any kind of dispute, the court of Gorizia will have jurisdiction.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
